Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 15 days from receipt of the product for a full refund or exchange, in the unlikely event that the delivered product is damaged, defective or incorrect. If 15 days have passed since you received the package, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The customer is also entitled for refund/return, in the following cases
- Wrong product received by the customer
- Products have some defects
- Product damaged in shipping
- Product tampers
- Please Note: Change of mind is not applicable.
- There is a $20 Restocking fees for every customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Time frame to Refund- Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within the next 15 business days. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 25 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at E-mail:firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for our reply we will send you the address where you send your item back for exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
